We've cheered for the Dragons for over 30 years and have grown together in our shared heartland of St.George, Sutherland and the Illawarra. The big red V of the St.George Bank Dragons is instantly recognisable in the game of Rugby League, and fans in our grassroots areas love to support their team.

Investing in local junior rugby in the community

To foster a love of sport in the Illawarra heartland, the Bank supports numerous community initiatives including the St.George Bank Community Challenge.

Under 10’s teams from local junior clubs play on the field at half time during every Dragons home game throughout the season. We give these aspiring league players tickets to the game, footballs, kitbags and a professional experience they’ll never forget!
