Terms and Conditions
Initial Inspection
An initial inspection of the Auditorium with Security will be required before you will be permitted to enter the
Auditorium. You will be required to sign the form to confirm the Auditorium is in working order.
Departing Inspection
Upon departure you will also be required to accompany Security on a final inspection. Any damages will
be noted on the inspection form, which you will be required to sign confirming the situation.
Hire of Microphone
A standard microphone is available for your use. The microphone can be collected from Security – you will be required to sign for it upon collection and after use sign again upon returning.
If any damages are incurred, your bond will not be refunded and additional costs for damages will be charged.
