Who should use this form?

• Customers who hold an existing St.George mortgage (the 'mortgagor')
• Solicitors acting on behalf of their client who holds an existing St.George mortgage
• Conveyancers acting on behalf of their client who holds an existing St.George mortgage
• Other Financial Institutions advising of a Refinance from an existing St.George mortgage

Information you will need to complete your Request

• Authorisation to act on behalf of the client with St.George
• Full names of mortgagor(s)
• Primary loan account number
• Address of Security Property(s)
• Clear understanding of mortgagor's intention:
  • Discharge the full loan; or
  • Discharge only part of the security held against a loan; or
  • Substitution of one security for another against a loan; or
  • Repay a loan in full
• Anticipated Settlement Date (if Discharging Loan)
• Instructions for disbursement of surplus funds (if applicable)
• Instructions for related accounts (i.e. close or retain where applicable)
• Your contact details (email, fax, phone, DX)

Here’s what to expect

• It should only take you up to 10 minutes to complete your request.
• Once your request has been successfully submitted, you’ll receive an automatic email (to the email address you have provided) containing your case number.
• If you leave your online request for more than 45 minutes it will expire and you will have to restart your request.
• If you wish to print out any or all of your details prior to submitting your online request you will need to have a printer attached to your computer.
• A fee may be charged if your request is accepted.
