Who should use this form?
- Customers who hold an existing St.George mortgage (the 'mortgagor')
- Solicitors acting on behalf of their client who holds an existing St.George mortgage
- Conveyancers acting on behalf of their client who holds an existing St.George mortgage
- Other Financial Institutions advising of a Refinance from an existing St.George mortgage
Information you will need to complete your Request
- Authorisation to act on behalf of the client with St.George
- Full names of mortgagor(s)
- Primary loan account number
- Address of Security Property(s)
- Clear understanding of mortgagor's intention:
- Discharge the full loan; or
- Discharge only part of the security held against a loan; or
- Substitution of one security for another against a loan; or
- Repay a loan in full
- Anticipated Settlement Date (if Discharging Loan)
- Instructions for disbursement of surplus funds (if applicable)
- Instructions for related accounts (i.e. close or retain where applicable)
- Your contact details (email, fax, phone, DX)
Here’s what to expect
- It should only take you up to 10 minutes to complete your request.
- Once your request has been successfully submitted, you’ll receive an automatic email (to the email address you have provided) containing your case number.
- If you leave your online request for more than 45 minutes it will expire and you will have to restart your request.
- If you wish to print out any or all of your details prior to submitting your online request you will need to have a printer attached to your computer.
- A fee may be charged if your request is accepted.
