Requirements

A driver’s license number for each applicant (if available)
Current employer’s names, address and main switchboard number
Weekly after-tax income details for each applicant
Details of assets, savings or investments
Repayment amounts and balances owing on any liabilities (including credit cards, store accounts, etc)
One personal reference including name, address and contact phone number
Recent tax information if you are self-employed
