BBO New Look |
Business Banking Online has upgraded its appearance. We have upgraded the Work In Progress, Scheduled Payments and Payment history screens to give you a clearer view of your payment information. We hope you will now enjoy Business Banking Online even more. |
New Authorisation Summary Report |
View transactions that have yet to be processed via the new ‘Authorisation Summary Report’. You are able to view and print off a report showing transactions based on your access between 7 days prior to 7 days forward from the current date to see what transactions that require actioning by an authorised user. |
Mac Support on Business Banking Online |
Business Banking Online (BB0) now supports Apple Macintosh. Users can now use the following to access BBO;
Simply log into BBO on your Mac from the website and you will be able to view and transact on your company accounts. |
Direct Entry and Telegraphic Transfer screens |
We have changed the look and feel of our Direct Entry and Telegraphic Transfer screens to help make processing your transactions easier. |
Reporting screens now easier to use |
Transaction information is now easier to retrieve with enhanced search features to assist you with reporting. |
Security enhancements |
Business Banking Online has made some updates to improve the security of your Templates. If you see a transaction in your Work In Progress screen or your Authorise/Submit screen that is ‘amber’ you should review the transaction. A payment coloured ‘amber’ means that the Template that created the payment is new, or has been modified since the last time it was Authorised. |
User Access times |
You can now choose when your Users log on to Business Banking Online by establishing User Access times. This upgraded security feature means that the User will not be able to log on to Business Banking Online outside the times you set for them, and log on attempts outside the time set will be recorded in the User Audit Log. To change the User Access times, log on to Business Banking Online Administration and select the User. In the drop down box you will be able to choose if you want to limit the access of your Users to certain times. Update each User individually. Remember, this is Eastern Standard time, so make sure it suits your time zone. |
