Choose the convenience and security of eStatements

eStatements* is the quick, convenient and environmentally friendly way to receive your statements.

Instead of a paper statement you can receive an email alert each time a new electronic bank statement is available to view online. There's no need to wait for your statement to arrive in the mail. Plus, it saves a lot of paper, which helps protect the environment.

• View at least 2 years of your account history online
• eStatements can be printed or saved for your records
• Free of charge
• See an example eStatement
• You can choose to switch back to paper statements at anytime by visiting a branch or calling 13 33 30.

Am I eligible for eStatements?

eStatements are available for individual account holders on most transaction and savings accounts, credit cards, personal loans, home loans, business loans and some investment loans.

Joint account holders are not eligible to switch to eStatements. However, you can still view a copy of your statements online.

How to switch to eStatements

Switching is free and easy:

1. Logon to Internet Banking
2. Click eStatements, then select 'Switch to eStatements'
3. Select the accounts that are eligible to switch, and follow the steps.
