* The following interest rate discounts are only available in Advantage Package for Standard Variable Rate Loans and Portfolio Variable Rate Loans: for loans between $100,000 and $149,999, 0.25% p.a. discount will be applied; for loans between $150,000 to $249,999, 0.50% p.a. discount will be applied; for loans greater than $250,000, 0.70% p.a. discount will be applied. No discount applies for loans below $100,000. Advantage Package annual fee, currently $395, is payable from an eligible St.George transactional account.
