Shareholders

St.George Bank shareholders were issued with new Westpac shares on 1 December 2008.  Link Market Services Limited (Link) maintains the Westpac share register.

A welcome pack, including a holding statement that details the number of new Westpac shares issued to you, was mailed to all eligible St.George shareholders on 1 December 2008.

Any queries with regard to your previous St.George Bank shareholding or your new Westpac Bank shareholding, i.e. dividends, change of details and general inquiries, will need to be forwarded to Link.
