How to register for Business Banking Online
1. Determine your company administrator
Your Company Administrator performs a key role and will be responsible for administrating Business Banking Online, including:
- Establishing and maintaining payment limits for your company and Users
- Creating and maintaining Users, including the ability to limit access times and payment authorisation limits
- Assigning levels of account access to Users
- Managing your company details
To manage your business on Business Banking Online you’ll need at least one person in your company to act as a Company Administrator. If you have elected to have two Company Administrators to act jointly, then both Company Administrators are required to confirm any changes made in the set-up of your company and its Users.
2. Complete the application form.

Adding other accounts to your Business Banking Online profile
- If you would like to add your personal accounts to your Business Banking Online profile, you will also need to complete this form.
- If you would like to add other business accounts you hold with St George to your Business Banking Online profile, you will also need to complete this form.
3. Submit the application
Take the completed application form(s) to your local branch or Relationship Manager.
4. What happens next?
- Once your application form has been processed, you’ll receive an email with your log on details.
- If you require a SecurID® token, you’ll receive it shortly in the mail.
- Log on to Business Banking Online and use the Get Started Guide to help you set up.
