Cover is subject to your application for insurance being accepted.

** If the extra repair or replacement costs are higher than your sum insured, we will pay the extra cost to repair the damage, or replace your building. For Essential Care cover, we’ll pay up to 10% on building and up to 5% on contents, for Quality Care we will pay up to 20% on building and up to 10% on contents, and for Premier Care we will pay up to 30% on building and up to 20% on contents. The sum insured safety net does not increase your sum insured or any other additional benefit. If you increase your building’s value (by renovating or extending, for example), you need to let us know and increase your sum insured appropriately to avoid being underinsured.
