Why is a Debit card cardholder losing access to my Business account?

Certain existing Debit cards are being phased out as they’re no longer offered or supported. Refer to the full list of replaced cards.

How can I restore cardholder access to my Business account?

If you'd like a cardholder to continue accessing your Business account, you’ll need to request for a new card that’s linked to your Business account. This will allow them to keep using a card after their existing Debit card access ends.

We’ll notify the cardholder directly of the date their existing Debit card access will stop, giving you time to make any necessary changes. 

How do I set up a new card for a cardholder?

You’ll need to drop into your nearest branch, or call 13 38 00 to request one.

When can I set up a new card for a cardholder?

You can begin the process as soon as you receive a letter or email from us notifying you of the change.
