Open a new Freedom Business Account (without overdraft) online between 12 September 2016 and 9 October 2016 and the monthly account keeping fee will be waived for the first 12 months. After the first 12 months the standard monthly account keeping fee will apply. Waiver not available on the Freedom Business Account (with overdraft) product. If you elect to change to a Freedom Business Account (with overdraft) product during the waiver period, the waiver will cease and the standard monthly account keeping fee for the Freedom Business Account (with overdraft) will apply. Other fees and charges may apply including transaction fees if you exceed the monthly included transactions allowance, or if special services are requested.
1 Electronic transactions are Internet and Phone Banking deposits, withdrawals and transfers, Direct Debits and Credits, St.George/BankSA/Bank of Melbourne/Westpac ATM withdrawals in Australia, St.George/BankSA/Bank of Melbourne ATM deposits and mini transaction history and EFTPOS withdrawals and Business Visa Debit Card transactions. Internet and Phone Banking and Business Banking Online are subject to systems availability, daily transaction limits apply.
2 Other fees and charges may apply, including for branch access. Fees and charges may be payable on your eligible St.George everyday account.
3 Following lodgement of the minimum balance requirement, the rate is guaranteed for the term of the investment, subject to terms and conditions (e.g. returns may be reduced if an amount is withdrawn before maturity).
4 $10 per month is the Monthly Account keeping fee for the Freedom Business Account. The monthly service fees, annual card fee and facility establishment fee applicable to the other eligible products in the BizPack are waived for as long as a customer holds a Transaction Account, Savings Account, and online banking facility (BizPack Essentials). Transaction fees may also apply if you exceed the monthly fee-free transaction allowance on eligible products in the BizPack Essentials. Special Service fees may also apply. You can select Business Cheque Account Plus instead of the Freedom Business Account, and Internet Banking as the online product and choose not to hold a BusinessVantage Credit card and still be eligible for the BizPack discounts. If the Business Cheque Account Plus is selected as part of the BizPack Essentials the Monthly Account keeping fee for the Business Cheque Account Plus will apply. Transaction fees may also apply if you exceed the monthly fee-free transaction allowance. Special Service fees may also apply.
5 You can contact lawyers and accountants nominated by St.George for advice at no charge. A maximum of 3 contacts can be made in relation to any one issue. After the third contact you may choose to engage the legal or accounting adviser at your cost. These services are provided by third parties for which St.George accepts no responsibility and are available via email only.
6 This fee does not apply if you have a Commercial Overdraft or Business Maximiser Overdraft facility. Please see the Business Lending and Finance Facilities Fees and Charges for specific services and loan accounts booklet for the monthly account keeping fee/loan administration fee that will apply to your facility. All credit applications are subject to St.George’s normal lending criteria.
