Existing Visa Debit Card FAQ

I have an existing Debit card and a St.George Visa Debit card or St.George Business Visa Debit card linked to the same account and received a closure notification for my existing Debit card. What happens next?

If you already have a St.George Visa Debit card or St.George Business Visa Debit card linked to your account, you won’t receive another card. You can continue using your existing St.George Visa Debit card or St.George Business Visa Debit card without interruption.

Your older existing Debit card will be automatically closed as part of the transition, and we’ll notify you once that’s complete. Your account remains active, and card access continues through your current St.George Visa Debit card or St.George Business Visa Debit card.

If you need an additional card, you can request one at no extra cost via St.George Internet Banking or the St.George App. If you don’t already have Internet Banking you can register.
