Security

With the end of financial year, this may mean an increase in incoming and outgoing payments.  To ensure the security of your payments:

  • Review your current beneficiary details to ensure any old or incorrect account details are updated or removed.
  • Be wary of any emails containing requests to change bank account details, unfamiliar invoices or unexpected payment instructions.  Contact your beneficiary on a known contact number or using contact details obtained from a trustworthy source (not those supplied in the email) to confirm the request is legitimate.
  • As an extra layer of protection, we also encourage you to download and install Trusteer Rapport (free of charge) on every computer used to access Business Banking Online.

Important information

The Interest and tax summary does not include amounts which have been incurred or accrued but have not yet been paid or received. All amounts are in AUD unless otherwise specified.

*If you registered for, or added additional accounts to Business Banking Online after 1st July 2016, the  history of transactions available for your account(s) may not be for the full financial year. You should consider this and ensure that all information is correct before including in your tax return.

This information does not take your personal objectives, circumstances or needs into account. Consider its appropriateness to these factors before acting on it. Read the St.George Business Banking Online and Payment Services Terms and Conditions before making a decision and consider whether the product is appropriate for you.
