Once you switch eStatements
When your next statement is ready, we won't send you a paper version. You'll get an email alert instead.
Once you've got this email, you can log on to Internet or Mobile banking and view, save or print your eStatement.
When you choose eStatements we will also send you email alerts with important information about your account.
In some instances your address will not be on your eStatement.
This will happen if:
- You are NOT the primary account holder.
- If you are the primary account holder and have multiple statements being issued for your account.
