View your Customer Access Number (CAN)

Save yourself a call and log into Internet or Mobile Banking to view your Customer Access Number (CAN).

How does it work?

 

  1. Sign into Mobile Banking
  2. Tap the three dots in the top left hand corner
  3. Your Customer Access Number will be displayed above your last login details.

If you can logon or are currently logged on to internet banking - you can view your Customer Access Number (or 'CAN') by following these steps.

  1. Logon to Internet Banking
  2. Once logged in. You will be able to locate your CAN in the bar across the top of your screen, this is displayed underneath your name.

If you are currently logged out of or are unable to log on to internet banking - you can view your Customer Access Number (or 'CAN') by following these steps.

  1. From the Internet banking logon page, click "Forgotten?" next to the Card Access Number (CAN) field. 
  2. Select a phone number to receive your Secure Code. You can choose to have your Secure Code sent via SMS or voice message. 
  3. Click "Send"
  4. Once you have received your code, enter your Secure Code and Click "Authenticate"
  5. You should now receive your Access Number. Click on "Close" to finish.

Alternatively, you can retrieve your customer access number by contacting our phone banking specialists and they will be able to fully verify you to provide you with your Customer Access Number.
