We are sincerely sorry for the recent technical issues impacting your Visa Debit transactions which resulted in incorrect balances being displayed in your account. We have fixed the issues that caused this error.

What happens next?
Once you’ve submitted the above form we will call you within 24 hours.
We have also started to process refunds of any overdrawn fees and any interest charges from incorrect balances that have caused your account to:
- have a negative balance (or further overdraw your account)
- go beyond any formal overdraft.
We will refund these fees and charges for the period from Sunday 22 August 2021 and will continue until all transactions associated with this issue have been processed. It may take a few more days for your account balance to reflect the correct transaction history.
