Important information for our customers


As part of us making banking more simple and straight forward we have made changes to simplify our fee structure.

We’ve removed some fees for home loan accounts

From 31 March 2021 no fees apply for

  • Duplicate or interim statements
  • Copies of documents or cheques
  • Rearranging Portfolio loan sub-accounts
     

From 20 May 2021 no fees apply for

  • Consent or production of title
  • Partial discharge assessment
  • Redraw (where fee was applicable)
  • Additional Portfolio loan sub-account
  • Special clearance on a deposited cheque

We’ve removed some fees for personal transaction, savings or investments accounts

From 20 May 2021 no fees apply for

  • Internet banking transfers
  • Staff assisted withdrawals, transfers and cashing of personal cheques
  • Duplicate account statements
  • Personalised deposit books
  • Travellers cheques encashments
  • Special clearance on a deposited cheque
  • Deposit and transfer to another financial institution (Customer & Non-customer)*

*   Excludes RTGS, trace on RTGS and bill payment/transfer to other account when request made by phone or fax

We’ve also updated the names of some fees

Please note, there is no change to when the fee is charged. The updated fee name appears on any statements provided to you from 20 May 2021.
