New Mobile Banking App FAQs

We're committed to improving your Mobile Banking experience, and making banking even easier. By surfacing features like making a payment or transfer, Quick Balance and Cardless Cash we've aimed to make your Mobile Banking experience even quicker and easier than before.

We've renamed Connect to "Contact us" and moved this to the bottom menu bar (the phone icon). Tap on "Contact us" to skip the automated questions and get through to exactly who you're after, faster.

1. From the home screen tap 'Transfer & Pay'. You'll be prompted to logon
2. Select the 'From' account
   
3. Select who to pay (you can also search for the payee), enter the amount and payment date.

To access the FX Calculator:

1. Tap 'More' at the bottom menu bar (three dot icon)
2. Scroll down to find "FX Calculator".

To set up notifications or alerts:

1. Tap the bell icon at the top of your logon screen
2. Simply choose which alert you would like to set up.

Yes. To hide your available balance:

1. Tap the cog icon in the lower right corner of the Quick balance tile on the home screen
2. Logon
3. Tap the ‘Account Settings' tab
4. Turn off the switch for ‘Quick balance’
5. Tap ‘Done’.

To make it easier for you to do your banking we've surfaced all the important service features such as Lock Card Temporarily, Activate Card, Change PIN, report going overseas in an easy to access service menu.

Tap "More services" to find our full list of service features.  

No. You do not have to upload a picture if you don't like.  

No. You cannot change or update your name in the app.

No. You cannot change the features that appear on the front screen.

1. Tap 'Set up' on the Quick Balance tile on the home screen
2. Logon and select the accounts (up to 3) you would like to display
3. If you'd like to be able to view your last 5 transactions, tap the tick box next to 'Turn on your recent activity'
4. Tap 'Done'.

Yes. You can still do transfers between nominated accounts in just a few taps within the Quick Balance.

To transfer funds between accounts, simply hold down your finger on the 'from' account until the '$' coin appears. Then simply drag and drop the coin from the account you'd like to transfer from to the account you'd like to transfer to. You’ll then be asked to logon to authenticate the transfer.

Note: You must have more than two accounts set up in your Quick Balance to complete a Quick Transfer.

All the features that you once loved in the Quick Zone will still be available via Quick Balance including Quick Transfers and viewing your last 5 transactions.

To set up Quick Balance:

1. Open the Mobile Banking App
2. Under "Quick Balance" select 'Set up'
3. Logon and select the accounts (up to 30 you would like to display
4. If you'd like to be able to view your last 5 transactions, tap the tick box next to 'Turn on your recent activity'
5. Tap 'Done'.

1. Tap the cog icon in the lower right corner of the Quick balance tile on the home screen
2. Logon
3. Tap the ‘Account Settings' tab
4. Tap the chevron, for the account you would like to turn off viewing last 5 transactions for, and turn off the switch for ‘Recent transactions’
5. Repeat step 4 for all accounts you would like to turn off viewing last 5 transactions for
6. Step 6: Tap ‘Done’.

To access the Coffee Run icon:

1. Tap 'More' at the bottom menu bar (three dot icon)
2. Scroll down to find 'Coffee Run?'.

The home screen isn't password protected, so anyone with access to your phone will be able to see your Quick Balance details. A transfer of money between your eligible accounts requires you to logon, ensuring the same high level of security as Mobile Banking.

If you'd like to hide your balance,

1. Tap the cog icon in the lower right corner of the Quick balance tile on the home screen
2. Logon
3. Tap the ‘Account Settings' tab
4. Tap the chevron, for the account you would like to hide the balance for, and turn on the switch for ‘Show bar graph’.  You will need to enter the minimum and maximum amounts for the bar graph. (You need to show the bar graph to be able to hide the balance amount). Then turn off the switch for ‘Show Balance’
5. Repeat step 4 for all accounts you would like to hide the balance for
6. Tap ‘Done’.
