For services which are available 24/7 (such as reporting your card lost or stolen) you are able to call from the app 24/7, however, for other services (such as general enquires) our customer service specialists are only available whilst the customer contact centre is open. View opening hours.
The app uses Location Services feature on your phone to automatically determine your physical location as ’Australia‘ or ’Overseas‘. If you don’t have this feature enabled on your phone, you will need to manually select your location as ‘Australia ‘or ’Overseas’ from within your phones settings.
