Activate a new card and set your pin

You need to activate your new card before it can be used.
Already registered for Internet Banking? Registered for Business Banking Online only
Do you have a business card but are not a customer?

1. Please login to Internet Banking either on your mobile or laptop.

2. Under Manage my accounts & card services’, select Activate new card.

You could register for Internet Banking

You will need to have your new card on you, have your mobile phone so you can set up Secure Code Authentication and have a security code & number in mind.

Then follow the steps for a Customer registered for online banking (see first column) to activate your card.

2. Or the primary holder of the card could activate the card through their Internet Banking.
