Part B: Terms and Conditions

2. Applying for the Product

  • Updated ‘Meeting our identification requirements’ to reflect the same statement in ‘Part A: General Information’ on when we may refuse an application for the Product.

4. Account Limits

  • Removed wording in relation to setting off debt against any available funds you may have associated with a product issued by us or as held in an account by you.

  • Added wording to clarify that transactions due to system errors are rectified by us when they are identified.

7. Foreign Exchange
