- Select Reports
- Select Transactions
- Select Custom export formats
- Click Add new
- Select the items you wish to display in the report
a. You can change the order in which they appear by moving them up and down the list using the arrows on each line
- Enter a Name
- Select a Format
- If a custom extension is required change the default to an Extension of your choice
- If required tick any of the following, Include header record, and Include closing balance, and Append sign to amount
- Click Continue
- Change the Field delimiter and/or Record delimiter if required
- Change the Sort orders across three columns if required
- For each of the three Sort columns select a field to be sorted
- Change the Format and Sign fields if required
- Click Save
Tip! Your custom export formats created are available to select as a file format in the transaction history Download report option
