Simply type what you want to do into the Keyword Search box inside Internet Banking to quickly start managing your bank accounts.

Update your details

It’s easy to keep your details up-to-date within St.George Internet Banking. If you’ve moved, you can let us know your change of address online:

  • Log into Internet Banking
  • Go to ‘My details and settings’ menu
  • Select ‘Change my address’
  • Follow the simple steps.

You can also update your email, mobile and other contact details.

Receive alerts via SMS, email or mobile notifications

You can keep up-to-date with information on your account balances, deposits and withdrawals via automatic SMS, email or mobile notifications. With SMS and email alerts we can also notify you instantly if we notice any suspicious activity on your accounts.

You can register to receive alerts via SMS email and mobile notification through Internet Banking1. Mobile notifications will only appear on your registered mobile phone if you have the Mobile Banking app.

View your transaction history

With Internet Banking, it’s easy to keep tabs on your transaction history. The amount of transactions you can view varies depending on your statement cycle and the number of transactions you’ve performed during that cycle period.

2 months back from your last statement received and a maximum of 500 transactions viewable at any given time

eStatements

eStatements are an electronic version of your account statements that you can easily access through St.George Internet Banking. They’re a quick, convenient and environmentally friendly way to receive your statements.

It’s easy to switch to eStatements with Internet Banking. Simply select ‘Manage my accounts’. Then click on ‘switch to eStatements’. Read the Terms and Conditions then follow the steps to stop receiving paper statements.

Use Internet Banking to dispute a credit card transaction

With Internet Banking you can tell us if you need to dispute a credit card transaction.

To use Internet Banking to dispute a credit card transaction:

  • Log into Internet Banking
  • Select ‘Dispute a transaction’ (it’s underneath ‘Did you know you can?’)
  • Follow the prompts

You can also dispute a credit card transaction within Mobile Banking.

Use Internet Banking to change your daily ATM and EFTPOS cash withdrawal limit

Within Internet Banking you can change your daily ATM and EFTPOS cash withdrawal limit for most credit or debit cards. This daily limit is the maximum amount of cash you can withdraw using your debit or credit card on any given day via ATM and EFTPOS. You can change the daily limit to any amount between $0 - $2,000.

To change your daily ATM and EFTPOS cash withdrawal limit:

  • Log into Internet Banking
  • Select ‘Manage your accounts’
  • Select 'Manage your ATM & EFTPOS cash limit' (it’s under Card Services)
  • Follow the prompts

You can also make these changes in Mobile Banking and Tablet Banking.

The daily limit cannot be changed through Internet, Mobile or Tablet Banking for the below cards and accounts.  Please call us on 1300 555 203 to change the daily limit for these:

  • Corporate and Business Vantage Credit Cards
  • Freedom Cards
  • Corporate Debit cards
  • Heritage Debit cards 
  • Corporate accounts
