Paying bills

Here are the answers to frequently asked questions about paying your bills online.

BPAY View is being discontinued

From 27 March 2026, you won’t be able to register any new billers for BPAY View . You can still pay your bills using BPAY or your preferred payment method.

Then, from 31 May 2026, any billers you’ve set up to receive bills via BPAY View will be deactivated. To ensure you continue receiving bills, please contact your bill providers to confirm how you’d like to receive them going forward – for example by email or post.

To avoid disruption, we recommend downloading a copy of your bills to ensure you continue to have these handy and after this, deactivating your BPAY View bills in Internet Banking before 31 May 2026.

How to download your bills

  1. Logon to Internet Banking
  2. Search for View Online Bills
  3. Click on the Bill ID for each bill to view and download

Note: Based on your settings, the list will show you "All bills” or "Unpaid bills". You can update these settings at any time by clicking on the Update BPAY View Notification Options link and following the prompts.

How to deactivate BPAY View
