Customer identification
Under current government legislation, customers of financial institutions need to provide personal identification when opening any account (including loan accounts), or when becoming signatories to accounts. Find out what information you need to provide to become a customer.
If you can not attend a branch to be identified, you will need to complete a Customer Identification Form (CIF).
